Tell Me More French

I have an older version (2006) and the newer may have more features. Overall it is a user-friendly, effective program where one decides how much and how fast one wishes to learn. I was required to select a star rating for customer support but I never actually had to use it... In summary, I would recommend Tell Me More French to a friend.
